OtherLand XS Terms and Conditions

When you buy a ticket you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Safety/Health conditions:

  • The wearing of a COVID-19 safety compliant facial covering throughout the venue is required unless otherwise stated by state laws. Visitors and team members are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.
  • This exhibition contains sequences of bright flashing, moving lights which may affect visitors who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy. Visitor discretion is advised.
  • Due to heat wave and high temperatures, our XS experience location might get hotter than normal in peak hours. We are working on this problem, sorry for the inconvenience.

All general conditions:

  • All tickets are non-refundable unless facility cannot deliver the show at day/time of reservation due to technical issues. In such event you can ask for free reservation for later time or a refund.
  • Regardless how many tickets bought, the person whose name given with ticket purchase must be present to enter show area. The phone number given might be needed to verify of ticket.
  • Children cannot enter the exhibition without adult accompaniment
  • Children 3 years old and younger – no ticket is required
  • The tickets are not for resale or other promotion purposes
  • The following items are restricted, may not be brought into the show area and may be confiscated by exhibition staff: illegal drugs, weapons of any kind, glass bottles or beverage holders, cans, or any food or beverage products(including alcohol), paints, aerosols, any items identified as inappropriate by staff. The ticket-holder consents to a reasonable examination of the visitors belongings to ensure compliance with these terms.
  • If any spill of liquid or food occurs in show area staff has right to cancel the session.
  • If event happens that creates damage/cleaning delays or cancelation on following sessions, visitor agrees to pay a fee including ticket refund costs of other and may be following sessions visitors.
  • Visitors can take photos, selfies and vides not exceeding 2 minutes but we encourage visitors to mention our show on social media shares as a support to our efforts making new shows.
  • Video shooting more than 2 minutes or extensive shoot that discomfort other visitors is not allowed, staff will warn the visitor in such situations but not complying with this terms might cancel admittance.
  • Persons with disabilities are free if they are attending within a group that has at least 2x adult visitors of disabled visitor number. You can email to support@otherland.tech and provide such information, we will refund the calculated amount.
  • If you are using a wheelchair, please email to support@otherland.tech before coming to ensure door space enough to enter location.
  • Groups can email to welcome@otherland.tech for group discount or extended views.
  • Pets are not allowed, sorry :(
  • Visitors need to park to designated slots reserved for OtherLand at location. ( At the moment left / right sides of driveway as you enter from gate ). We share location with a Limo company which requires space to maneuver. By not complying with this might result to move your car while show goes on.
  • Main show + extended panoramic view show (aka selfie show) takes around 30 minutes. There is a small wait area inside but we encourage visitors to come in 10 minutes before show at max. Due to lack of space it might not be possible to maintain social distance in waiting area (10 seat available).
  • Visitor are expected to leave the show area after show ends and the location in 10 minutes to allow the staff for cleaning and let visitors of next session to enter.
  • You can change date or time of your visit for free up to 2 days prior to show time and new time is subject to available spaces in desired dates/times. 48 hrs. and later rescheduling has a fee of $6 per ticket.
